We teamed up with Delta Air Lines to celebrate their employees during the company’s centennial year—a milestone honoring 100 years of service, innovation, and human connection. Anchored in the theme “We’ll Never Stop Climbing,” the campaign paid tribute to the employees whose dedication and pride have propelled Delta through a century of excellence. Through immersive experiences, personalized recognition, and shared moments of appreciation, every Delta team member was invited to see themselves woven into the company’s living story.

Throughout the summer, the “100 Summers Strong” program brought this vision to life across the country. From Cool Down pop-up stations in over 100 markets nationwide with branded wellness kits, to the curated rollout of a commemorative Centennial livery gift each activation was designed to recognize and refresh Delta’s frontline and corporate teams. The campaign encouraged moments of connection and celebration, uniting employees under a shared sense of pride and purpose.

The celebration culminated in a fully branded takeover of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, where Delta employees, partners, and guests came together to close out the centennial summer in spectacular fashion. This national program reinforced Delta’s enduring belief that its people are the heart of the brand—those who, for 100 years and counting, make Delta soar.
